We couldn't have asked for a better location; this hotel is situated in a stunning area with breathtaking views from the terrace. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and the pond adds to the charm. We were impressed with the professional and friendly concierge service, who made us feel at home. The staff were engaged and welcoming throughout our stay. The half-board package was of excellent quality, with a variety of options to choose from for breakfast and dinner.

the hotel's location was impressive as it had beautiful grounds, including a pond, and a fantastic view from the terrace. the quality of the half board was of excellent quality, and we enjoyed the breakfast; however, we recommend guests avoid choosing the superior rooms on the 1st floor.
The description of the superior rooms on the hotel's website was misleading, and we found ourselves in a dark room on the hillside. the room was noisy, located adjacent to the staircase and lift, and the view and light were blocked by the adjacent roof structures.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location on the hillside provided breathtaking views from the terrace. I loved spending time in the hotel grounds, which included a beautiful park and pond. The concierge service was top-notch - the staff were professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The entire staff was incredibly warm and engaging, making me feel right at home. The half board meals were of high quality and delicious.
I highly recommend this hotel to families. The service, amenities, and overall experience were excellent.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with beautiful views from the terrace. the hotel grounds were also lovely, with a peaceful park and pond. the half board meals were of good quality, and the concierge service was professional and friendly.
The room, especially after paying extra for a "superior" room. We were located on the first floor, which was dark and noisy due to its proximity to the staircase and lift.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the quality of the half board and the professional and friendly concierge service. I enjoyed the location of the hotel which provided stunning views from the terrace, and the hotel grounds with its beautiful park and pond. The key location provided easy access to local activities and attractions.
Be cautious when selecting a more expensive "superior room. " Some rooms on the 1st floor were dark, lacked proper lighting due to the owner’s nearby property, and noisy due to the staircase and lift.
